  • If I can pick a gentleman out of the lot ,it is John. I live in Canberra and I had very little time to attend to the sales matter in Sydney. Of course I had met him couple of times before as they managed the properties. He organized every thing that was required for the sale and got it sold with in a week for more than I expected. He kept me informed every step of the way. Coordinated well with the tenant and the buyers. This sale involved lots of other matters generally not related to a normal sale. But his willingness to help me out with those issues really excelled his service. He has a great management company which has the best staff, Michelle H. Michelle J, Dellen and the best was Madeline who attended to all the impossible repairs and made it very smooth with a different property they managed in Castle Hill.   • Over 40 years ago we purchased a 3 bedroom in Quakers Hill – this home grow to 6 bedrooms and was home to 5 children - so the sales process had to be just right. We interviewed 3 local real estate agents – we were looking for an experienced agent that would seek a fair price without too much inconvenience. We didn’t want to make our decision based on the lowest fee or the highest price that each agent might promise. In the end we went against a lot of our original criteria – we picked the least experienced agent who happened to also have the cheapest fees of the three. Although his sales stats were very good they weren’t the highest of the 3 agents we interviewed. The agent we went with was Taylor Bredin. We did so for the following reasons: • As soon as Taylor walked in the front door he shared his vision on how best to present our home. • He wanted to know the history of the house and wanted to know what was important to us in the sale process. • We always felt that Taylor would strive to exceed our expectations on the final price – he didn’t set any boundaries on what that price might be either. • He wasn’t pushy – he told his story and left without any hassling follow up calls. • He was very enthusiastic and respective of what we were looking to achieve. • The fee structure was flexible and put us in control of the final fee we paid. Needless to say we were extremely happy with the decision we made – the final price achieved significantly exceeded our expectation, the communication was relevant and timely and the overall sales process was relatively painless. It was also very clear that Taylor worked his backside off to get the best outcome for us. The other important thing was that Taylor was backed by a great team including the principle John Hesse, Taylor's associate Anthony and Amanda in the back office. Each of them played an important role in the successful sale. We would have no hesitation in recommending Taylor to any prospect vendors.
