I love the real estate industry. No two days are the same. My role is to identify a customer’s needs and connect them with the right team member who can action their request.

Listening to a caller and focusing on getting the very best result for them helps in achieving the smoothest transactions. My role also allows me to move to the ‘back of office’ where I assist with the administration and financial aspects of the business. I love the variety.

When I’m not at work, I’m a home body. I love being with my partner and surrounded by friends. Life is great!

People say I’m very customer focused and work dedicated. I agree with that. Calling a real estate business to get some information about buying, selling or renting a property needs to be handled in a calm, professional manner. I connect the customer to the right staff member to begin the process and achieve their best outcome.”
